Actor Abhishek Bachchan took to his social media to announce that he is finally tested negative for COVID-19. He is happy to go back home to his family. On 2nd August, Amitabh Bachchan tested negative and was discharged from the hospital. The father-son duo, both tested positive for coronavirus on 11th July.
The actor took to his Instagram toAbhi share a picture of ‘My Care Board’ and wrote a caption “I TOLD YOU!!!”
Discharge plan: “YES!! This afternoon I tested Covid-19 NEGATIVE. Thank you all for your prayers and wishes. I’m so happy to be able to go home.#believe My eternal gratitude to the doctors and nursing staff at Nanavati Hospital for taking such good care of me and my family and helping us beat Covid-19. We couldn’t have done it without them.”
He even took to his Twitter to write, ” A promise is a promise!”

The Bachchan family tested positive and were admitted to Nanavati Hospital. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and daughter Aaradhya Bachchan were discharged on 27th July. On the other hand, Amitabh Bachchan was active on his social media while he was in hospital and thanked his fans for the prayer. He even praised the doctors of Nanavati Hospital for their excellent job.
