On July 28, the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s father KK Singh had filed an FIR against his son’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty. In response to that Rhea has now knocked the doors of Supreme Court. The actress’ lawyer, Satish Maneshinde claimed that she has filed a petition in Supreme Court. Rhea has requested for transfer of Sushant’s death investigation to Mumbai Police because she has no faith in the Patna Police.

Earlier, KK Singh, the late actor’s father had filed a complaint against Rhea and five others which also included her father. They were all booked under IPC Section 306 (Abetment of suicide), Sec 341 (Punishment for wrongful restraint), Sec 342 (Punishment for wrongful confinement), Sec 380 (Theft in dwelling house), Sec 406 (Punishment for criminal breach of trust), and Sec 420 (Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property).
