The dynamics of cinema is changing with new directors who are pitching intriguing stories, and thought-provoking ideas toward the audiences. Ram Madhvani, whose work was highlighted with superhit Neerja starter B’town diva Sonam Kapoor, is now ready to take a step ahead in this industry.
Ram has directed various short stories, and some memorable commercial films which continued to bag accolades on international platforms including the directorial debut ‘Let’s Talk’, which premiered at the Locarno Film Festival. His movie Neerja won endless awards in the year 2017 and also won the National Award for best film of that year.
Now, Madhvani is all set to launch his production house which will give path to feature films, short film, web series and many other things. He took to his social media to announce this big news, and excitedly quoted, “I still remember my friends in school asking me what I wanted to be when I grew up and I said Filmmaker (though I’m not sure whether I’m grown up yet 🙂 )I feel extremely blessed today as @amitamadhvani and I bring to you- @officialrmfilms, a natural progression of @equinox_films. Currently, Ram Mandhvai is co-producing a Hotstar Special series, ‘Aarya’, which features Sushmita Sen in the lead. Today, Aarya’s trailer has been released and taking to his Instagram to drop the trailer, Madhvani captioned, “A dream brought to life after 9 years.
