The internet truly has no limits. One moment, fans are posting memes. The next, they are asking MrBeast to save a K pop group.

After Danielle’s exit from NewJeans, fans started flooding MrBeast’s social media. They left comments like “save Danielle” and “buy HYBE.” At first, it looked like jokes. Desperate humour. Internet chaos as usual.

But then things got serious.

MrBeast actually noticed. And he responded.

During a recent livestream with Jasontheween, the topic came up. Jason mentioned how NewJeans fans, known as Tokkies or Bunnies, were tagging MrBeast everywhere. MrBeast said when he first saw the clips, he thought people were making fun of him. Jason corrected him. He explained that fans were genuinely asking for help.

When Jason asked if he would ever consider buying ADOR, MrBeast did not laugh it off. He said he had seen the numbers people were sharing online.

He mentioned the figure he kept seeing. Around $30 million.

He admitted that $30 million is a huge amount of money. For anyone. But he also said that if it somehow helped fix things and bring people back together, he would at least think about it. He framed it as doing what the internet wanted, not as a business move.

Jason then clarified something important. Fans were not actually expecting him to buy the company. What they really wanted was attention. Awareness. A louder voice.

MrBeast asked if the request was more symbolic than real. Jason agreed. Some fans were joking. Others truly believed that someone as big as MrBeast talking about it could help protect the group.

After the livestream, fans reacted fast.

Some defended the move, saying it was no more embarrassing than things K pop fans have done in the past. Others worried that HYBE could raise the price just out of spite. Many said they did not care about the money. They just wanted more people to know what was happening to NewJeans.

A few fans also pointed out confusion around the $30 million figure. They said that amount is tied mainly to Danielle’s situation. It would not free the other members. According to them, the real need right now is visibility, not a cheque.

And that is where reality hits.

Even if MrBeast paid $30 million, it would not automatically fix anything. NewJeans’ situation is deeply tied up in legal battles. Contracts. Court rulings. Disputes between ADOR and HYBE. The members’ contracts reportedly run until 2029. Danielle’s contract was terminated in late 2025, but the others are all in different positions.

Money alone cannot cancel contracts. It cannot force reconciliation. It cannot undo months of conflict.

To truly reunite Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin, and Hyein, every member would need to agree. Lawyers would need to renegotiate terms. Trust would need to be rebuilt. And that goes far beyond a viral comment or a billionaire YouTuber stepping in.

For now, MrBeast has not promised anything. He has only listened. But in a situation where fans feel ignored, even that feels like something.
