June 15 Market open: Indian indices begin on a negative note with Nifty trading around 9,900 level

1. The Indian indices opened on a negative note in the trading session. At 9.19 IST, Sensex was trading lower at 33,562.68, declined by 218 points or 0.65 percent. Whereas Nifty opened low at 9,918.60.

key Points:

1. Oil prices dropped with US oil declined by 2 percent owing to the increase in the COVID-19 cases.
2. As reported by Money Control, Wipro launched a digital inspection solution for improved workplace safety.
3. At 9.24 IST, Nifty Bank was trading lower by 337 points at 20,317.
4. Currently, Zee Entertainment and Wipro are among the gainers. Meanwhile, JSW Steel, Induslnd Bank, and Tata Steel are among the top losers list.
5. Among the sectoral indices, except Nifty IT, Pharma, and Media all are trading below in the red zone.
