Sundaram Finance has announced the exercise of 80 stock options under its Employee Stock Option Scheme – 2008 (SFESOS). The options were granted on 25th May 2022 and were exercised on 27th March 2026. This exercise involved a single option holder.

The company has taken appropriate measures to transfer the equity shares from the Sundaram Finance Employees Welfare Trust to the demat account of the option holder.
