KNR Constructions has received a Letter of Acceptance for a significant infrastructure project in Telangana. The project involves the widening and strengthening of the pipeline road from Shankarpally road at MGIT to Manikonda, including junction development at NPCI. The contract, awarded by Hyderabad Growth Corridor Limited, is valued at ₹83,64,72,062.44, excluding GST. The construction period for this project is set at nine months.

The company has also announced that, in accordance with the KNRCL Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in its securities will be closed from 27th March 2026 to 28th March 2026, inclusive.
