The order, issued under section 74 of the CGST Act, demands a total of ₹3.28 crore, which includes interest and penalties.
The company disclosed that it received the order at 18:16 p.m. on March 24, 2026. Zydus Lifesciences has expressed its intention to appeal against the order, citing strong merits in its case.
