Kotak Mahindra Bank has announced the completion of the sale of its stake in Infina Finance Private Limited. The transaction was executed by Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the bank, and was finalised on 24 March 2026. As a result, Infina Finance has ceased to be an associate company of Kotak Mahindra Bank. This development follows the bank’s earlier disclosure made on 21 March 2026. The bank has requested the stock exchanges to take note of this update and ensure its dissemination on their platforms. Additionally, the information has been made available on the bank’s official website for investor relations.
