NTPC has been assigned an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) rating of 54, categorised as ‘Adequate’, by ESG Risk Assessments & Insights Limited. The rating was independently prepared by the SEBI-registered ESG Rating Provider using data from the financial year 2024-25, which was available in the public domain. Notably, NTPC did not engage ESG Risk Assessments & Insights Limited for this assessment.
