WeWork India Management is set to expand its operational capacity in Bengaluru by adding approximately 1,256 desks, with an investment of around ₹31 crore. This strategic move aims to address the rising demand and align with the company’s business growth objectives.
The company has entered into a lease deed for a new space measuring 81,166 square feet in Bengaluru. The expansion is expected to be completed tentatively by May 2026. The financing for this project will be sourced through internal accruals and debt.
Currently, WeWork India Management operates with a capacity of 1,21,638 desks, with a utilisation rate of 83.90% as of December 31, 2025. The addition of new desks is anticipated to enhance the company’s ability to meet the increasing demand for flexible workspace solutions.
This capacity expansion is part of WeWork India Management’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its presence in the Indian market and support its growth trajectory.
