Travellers can book airport transfers by selecting the “Airport Cabs” option on the ixigo homepage. Users need to enter their origin, destination, pickup date and time, select a preferred cab type, apply available coupons, and complete the payment. Cabs can be scheduled up to 90 days in advance, making it convenient for travellers planning business trips or holidays.
To attract early adoption, ixigo is offering promotional discounts. First-time cab users can avail a flat 50% discount up to ₹200, while returning customers can get a flat 20% discount up to ₹100.
Multiple Cab Options with All-Inclusive Pricing
The Airport Cabs service offers a wide range of vehicle options to cater to different travel needs, including hatchbacks, sedans, SUVs/MPVs, luxury vehicles, and eco-friendly alternatives such as electric and CNG cars.
The fare structure is designed to be transparent and all-inclusive. Airport entry charges, toll fees, state taxes, and driver allowances are included in the final price. Pricing remains dynamic and may vary depending on the city, date, and time of travel.
Travellers also benefit from 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time. Free cancellation is available up to 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup time, providing flexibility in case of last-minute plan changes.
24×7 SOS Support for Traveller Safety
To enhance safety and reliability, ixigo has integrated a 24×7 SOS support feature within the service. This assistance is available in cases of breakdowns, accidents, or emergencies, offering added peace of mind during airport transfers.
