Brigade Group has entered into a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for a premium residential project in Kompally, Hyderabad, with an estimated revenue potential of ₹850 crores. The development spans 5.6 acres in a high-growth corridor, marking a significant expansion of Brigade’s residential footprint in Telangana.
The project aims to meet the rising demand for high-quality, sustainable, and modern living spaces in North Hyderabad. Brigade Group plans to create a landmark residential community, blending architectural excellence with world-class amenities.
Amar Mysore, Executive Director of Brigade Enterprises Limited, highlighted Hyderabad’s importance as a growth market for the company. He noted the city’s robust economic momentum, driven by thriving technology and infrastructure sectors, as ideal for Brigade’s expansion. Mysore stated that the company will continue to focus on acquiring strategically located land parcels that align with its core principles and ethical standards.
Brigade Group’s presence in Hyderabad began with Brigade at No.7 in Banjara Hills and expanded with Brigade Citadel in Moti Nagar. The company continues to strengthen its presence with projects like Brigade Gateway at Neopolis, a 4 million sqft premium mixed-use development, and Brigade Enclave and Brigade Manor in Moti Nagar. This latest acquisition follows a previously announced four-acre project in Neopolis, which is in an advanced design stage. Brigade plans to invest around ₹5000 crores across residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail sectors in Hyderabad over the next 3-4 years.
