Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing Limited has announced the expansion of its Precision Engineering Facility (Unit 3) at the KIADB Aerospace Park in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The expansion has come into effect from December 29, 2025, following internal approvals, in line with disclosures made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
With this expansion, the built-up area of Unit 3 has increased significantly from approximately 33,000 square feet to around 95,000 square feet. The facility has been augmented by an additional 62,000 square feet, marking a major step in strengthening the company’s manufacturing infrastructure.
The expanded Unit 3 will continue to focus on the manufacturing and assembly of high-precision components catering to critical sectors such as nuclear, aerospace, oil and gas, and other allied industrial segments. The enhancement in capacity is expected to support the company’s ability to meet rising demand across its core verticals.
According to the company, the expansion is strategically aimed at augmenting capacity for high-precision machining and assembly while improving operational efficiency and scalability. It is also intended to support the execution of a growing order book and aligns with Unimech Aerospace’s long-term plans to scale its manufacturing capabilities in line with business growth.
