Kirloskar Industries Limited has recently informed exchanges that it will temporarily suspend operations at its Jejuri manufacturing plant in Maharashtra as part of planned upgrade activities. The disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
According to the company, operations at the Jejuri facility will remain suspended starting December 26, 2025, for a period of around fifteen days. The temporary shutdown is intended to facilitate upgrade-related work at the plant, aimed at improving operational efficiency and infrastructure.
In the exchange filing, the company shared, “The operations at Jejuri plant, Maharashtra will be suspended temporarily from 26 December 2025 for around fifteen days towards upgrade activities.”
