Vikran Engineering Limited has secured a major renewable energy order after accepting a work order worth ₹2,035.26 crore (excluding GST) from Onix Renewables Limited. The order was accepted on December 23, 2025, and involves the development of a large-scale 600 MW AC solar power project across multiple locations in Maharashtra.

Under the contract, Vikran Engineering will execute the project on a turnkey EPC basis. The scope of work includes design, engineering, procurement, supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of the solar plants. The order also covers the supply of critical components such as solar PV modules and inverters, positioning the company as an end-to-end execution partner for the project.

The contract has been awarded by a domestic entity and is classified as an EPC works order for solar plant development. The total consideration stands at ₹2,035.26 crore excluding GST, while the value including all applicable taxes and GST is approximately ₹2,216.40 crore. The entire project is scheduled to be completed within a 12-month execution timeline.

Vikran Engineering has clarified that neither its promoters nor promoter group entities have any interest in Onix Renewables Limited. The transaction does not fall under related party transactions, ensuring that the order has been awarded on a purely commercial and independent basis.
