Delhivery, India’s largest integrated logistics services provider, has rolled out Delhivery International, a new Economy Air Parcel service aimed at making global exports more affordable and hassle-free for SMEs and large enterprises. This new offering comes alongside the company’s existing Express Air Parcel service.
According to the company, many small businesses struggle with high international shipping costs, complicated documentation rules that vary across countries, unpredictable delivery timelines and limited shipment visibility. Delhivery International, available through the Delhivery One platform, is designed to simplify this entire process. Customers can now access multiple shipping options, get real-time rates and track their parcels from pickup all the way to final delivery. By tapping into Delhivery’s wide domestic network, the service also ensures that MSMEs in remote parts of India can connect to global markets just as easily.
Vani Venkatesh, Chief Business Officer at Delhivery, said that the new service aims to remove the common bottlenecks that hold back small exporters and give them a seamless cross-border shipping experience.
Delhivery’s MD & CEO Sahil Barua added that enabling smooth exports can significantly accelerate the growth of Indian MSMEs. With Delhivery International, the company hopes to reduce friction in global trade and open more doors for Indian businesses worldwide.
