Friday, Dec 5:
Shares of Delta Corp Ltd climbed 3.22% to ₹70.50 in early trade after the company disclosed a significant promoter purchase, boosting investor sentiment.

Promoter Jaydev Mukund Mody has acquired 14 lakh shares of Delta Corp, amounting to a 0.52% stake, through open market transactions. The shares were purchased at an average price of ₹68.46 each.

Promoter buying is generally viewed as a sign of confidence in the company’s long-term prospects, and the market reacted positively, with the stock moving above the previous close of ₹68.30.

Delta Corp’s promoter group already holds a substantial stake, and this fresh acquisition further strengthens promoter ownership at a time when the company continues to navigate regulatory and operational challenges in the gaming and hospitality sector.
