Yatra Online witnessed a sharp decline of over 3% in its share price after the company announced a significant leadership reshuffle late on Monday, November 24, 2025. The changes were finalised during a Board of Directors meeting that began at 7:58 PM IST and concluded at 8:15 PM IST, marking an important moment in the company’s ongoing corporate evolution.

The company confirmed that Dhruv Shringi has resigned from his role as Chief Executive Officer citing personal reasons. His resignation became effective at the close of business hours on November 24, 2025. Although he is stepping down from the CEO position, Shringi will continue to remain an integral part of the organisation. He retains his role as Whole-Time Director and has also been elevated to Chairman of the Board of Directors with immediate effect. Yatra Online attached his resignation letter as Annexure A in its regulatory filing.

In a parallel development, the Board approved the appointment of Siddhartha Gupta as the new Chief Executive Officer and Key Managerial Personnel. His appointment too becomes effective from the close of business hours on November 24, 2025. Gupta is scheduled to officially assume charge on November 25, 2025.
