The company has also attached his resignation letter as Annexure A in the regulatory filing.
Alongside this development, Yatra Online has approved the appointment of Siddhartha Gupta as the new Chief Executive Officer and Key Managerial Personnel. His appointment also comes into effect from the close of business hours on November 24, 2025, and he will officially take charge from November 25, 2025. The company has provided his detailed profile in Annexure B1 as part of the submission under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations and the SEBI Master Circular dated November 11, 2024.
