Consolidated Construction Consortium Ltd. (CCCL) has announced a strong set of new project wins worth ₹276.48 crore, reflecting steady momentum in its Buildings & Factories (B&F) and Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) verticals. These orders were secured between 12 September 2025 and 24 November 2025 from multiple domestic clients across India.

According to the company’s press release dated 24 November 2025, the contracts include BOQ-based item-rate projects involving construction and electrical works across different regions. All orders are domestic and cover a combined development scale of nearly 23.88 lakh sq. ft. They are scheduled to be executed before the close of FY 2026-27.

The new wins span commercial, institutional, industrial, and electrical infrastructure projects. Among the largest is a major commercial building project in Trivandrum valued at ₹121.62 crore, followed by projects in Cochin and Rajahmundry. The company has also secured institutional building work in Trichy and a set of industrial assignments in Odisha and Tamil Nadu. In addition, CCCL will undertake electrical works in Chitradurga, Karnataka.

The company confirmed that these contracts do not involve any related-party transactions, and promoters have no interest in the awarding entities.
