Indo Borax & Chemicals Ltd. has officially resumed operations at its Pithampur manufacturing plant from November 22, 2025, according to a regulatory filing submitted to NSE and BSE.
The company stated that this update is in continuation of its earlier intimation dated 14 October 2025, when the plant had temporarily halted operations. The latest communication confirms that the facility is now fully operational again as of today.
The filing, issued by Company Secretary & Compliance Officer Pravin Chavan, notes that the disclosure has been made in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The company requested the exchanges to “kindly take the above information on record.”
