Inox Green Energy Services Ltd., one of India’s well-established renewable energy O&M players, has announced a significant step forward in the country’s clean-energy expansion. The company shared that its parent, Inox Wind Limited, along with Inox Solar Limited, has signed separate Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with KP Group companies KP Energy Ltd. and KPI Green Ltd.

These agreements mark the beginning of a large-scale strategic partnership that will focus on jointly developing 2.5 GW of wind power capacity and 2.5 GW of solar power capacity across several Indian states. With India pushing aggressively toward renewable targets, this 5 GW pipeline adds meaningful momentum to the sector.

As part of the collaboration, Inox Green will take charge of the operations and maintenance (O&M) work for all wind turbine generators and solar modules installed under these projects. Since the company already holds a strong reputation in long-term wind and solar asset management, the partnership ensures consistent performance and reliability once the projects are commissioned.

Both Inox Wind and Inox Solar have released their own detailed statements regarding the MoUs, which were included as part of the announcement. The development signals a deeper alignment between leading industry players and highlights the growing demand for integrated clean-energy solutions in India.
