Aether Industries released its financial results for the quarter ended 30 September 2025, showing year-on-year growth in revenue, expenses, and profit.

For Q2 FY26, the company reported revenue from operations of ₹275.10 crore, compared with ₹198.77 crore in Q2 FY25. This reflects a YoY increase of about 38.4%. Total income, including other income, stood at ₹283.79 crore, higher than ₹209.77 crore a year earlier, marking a 35.4% YoY rise.

Total expenses for the quarter were ₹206.84 crore, compared with ₹157.92 crore in the same period last year, an increase of 31% YoY. Material consumption was ₹161.37 crore versus ₹107.70 crore last year. Employee expenses rose to ₹13.27 crore from ₹9.92 crore, while depreciation increased to ₹16.53 crore from ₹10.80 crore. Finance cost for the quarter stood at ₹3.28 crore, compared with ₹1.96 crore in Q2 FY25.

Profit before tax came in at ₹74.27 crore, compared with ₹48.52 crore last year, showing a 53.1% YoY growth. After total tax expenses of ₹20.31 crore, the profit for the period stood at ₹53.96 crore, which is higher than ₹34.79 crore reported in Q2 FY25. This represents a 55% YoY increase in net profit.
