Mumbai, Wednesday, November 12: Marathon Nextgen Realty Ltd. has announced the launch of Phase III of its flagship township, Marathon Nexzone, in Panvel. The new phase, titled The Nirvana Collection, marks a major expansion for the developer with an estimated gross development value exceeding Rs 600 crore.
Spread across 3 acres, the project will feature four premium towers with 28 storeys each, offering luxurious 2BHK, 3BHK, and select 4BHK combination homes. It also includes two retail floors, four parking levels, and a 70,000 sq. ft. amenity zone with a swimming pool, fitness center, co-working spaces, children’s play areas, café, and multipurpose lawns.
Strategically located, the project benefits from Panvel’s growing infrastructure ecosystem, including the Atal Setu (Mumbai Trans Harbour Link), Navi Mumbai International Airport, metro expansion, and the Panvel–Karjat suburban corridor, making the area one of the most promising real estate destinations in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
Marathon Nexzone has already achieved sales of over 3,500 homes, with 2,500 units delivered and another 1,000 under construction. The Nirvana Collection will further enhance the township’s integrated living experience, according to the company’s director Samyag Shah, who said the new phase “redefines modern living by creating a self-sufficient residential ecosystem with a strong focus on sustainability.”
The development is proposed to be a Silver-rated pre-certified green building by the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) and will incorporate solar panels, EV charging stations, water recycling systems, and energy-efficient technologies.
