Saksoft Ltd reported strong financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 (Q2 FY26), registering solid year-on-year growth across key performance metrics, supported by healthy revenue momentum and improved margins.

The company’s profit after tax (PAT) rose 38.5% year-on-year to Rs 36 crore, compared to Rs 26 crore in Q2 FY25. Revenue from operations increased 20.1% YoY to Rs 259 crore, up from Rs 215 crore in the corresponding period last year.

Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) came in at Rs 50.6 crore, marking a 37.9% YoY growth from Rs 36.7 crore in Q2 FY25. The company’s EBITDA margin expanded by 250 basis points, improving to 19.6% from 17.1% last year, reflecting better operational efficiency and cost control.

The robust performance highlights Saksoft’s continued execution strength in its digital transformation and analytics solutions business, with consistent growth across both domestic and international markets.
