Shares of R Systems International Ltd declined over 2% in early trade on Friday following the company’s announcement of its Q2 FY25 results. As of 9:53 AM, the shares were trading 2.73% higher at Rs 406.55.

In its consolidated second-quarter performance, R Systems International reported a 12.3% year-on-year (YoY) increase in revenue to ₹499 crore, compared to ₹444 crore in the same period last year. The company’s EBITDA grew modestly by 5.9% to ₹72.1 crore from ₹68.1 crore, while the EBITDA margin declined to 14.5%, down from 15.3% a year ago.

However, profitability took a hit. Net profit fell 11.3% YoY to ₹35.3 crore, compared to ₹39.8 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
