Mumbai, November 6, 2025: SEAMEC Limited announced that it has reached an amicable settlement with Jumbo Offshore Limited, bringing a pause to the ongoing arbitration proceedings between the two companies.
As per the official filing with the BSE and NSE, both parties have signed consent terms under which SEAMEC will contest on behalf of Jumbo Offshore in the Gujarat High Court regarding the arrest of the vessel “Tug Maria”, through a Power of Attorney granted by Jumbo.
The company stated that the arbitration proceedings initiated by Jumbo will remain in abeyance, pending the conclusion of the related court matter. Importantly, SEAMEC confirmed that there is no material impact on its financial position as a result of this settlement.
The filing was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, with the event officially occurring on November 6, 2025, at 7:52 PM.
