Mumbai-based real estate major, Arkade Developers Limited, has reported strong revenue growth for the half-year ended September 30, 2025, reflecting steady operational performance despite a mixed market environment.
For H1 FY26, the company posted a total revenue of ₹430 crore, up 31% year-on-year from ₹329 crore in H1 FY25. Net profit for the period saw a modest rise of 1.5%, reaching ₹75 crore, while EBITDA stood at ₹98 crore, slightly down from ₹101 crore last year.
In the second quarter (Q2 FY26), Arkade Developers achieved revenue of ₹265 crore, marking a 30% YoY increase from ₹203 crore in Q2 FY25. Quarterly net profit rose to ₹46 crore, up 5.8%, while EBITDA climbed to ₹63 crore, reflecting a 7.8% YoY increase. Compared to Q1 FY26, revenue grew 60.3% quarter-on-quarter, indicating strong seasonal traction in sales.
