Bondada Engineering Limited (BSE: [Insert], NSE: [Insert]) has announced that its subsidiary, Bondada Green Engineering Private Limited, has received multiple work orders and Letters of Intent (LOI) for solar projects from leading domestic entities, including M/s Vishwanath Projects Limited, OM Associates, Max Infra (I) Pvt Ltd, and JMR Clean Energy Private Limited.
The orders, valued at Rs 13.74 crore (including GST), involve the supply of MMS HDG, 400KV and 200KV equipment for bay extensions, as well as MMS column post HDG and Galvalume, in accordance with MAHAGENCO’s specifications and approved drawings. These projects are expected to be executed within 2–3 weeks from manufacturing clearance.
The company confirmed that neither promoters nor promoter group companies have any interest in the entities awarding the contracts, and the orders do not fall under related party transactions.
This new addition to Bondada Engineering’s order book underscores the company’s growing presence in the renewable energy infrastructure sector.
