Krystal Integrated Services Limited (KISL), a leading name in integrated facility management, has announced that it has secured two major contracts worth approximately ₹157 crore from the Directorate of Education, Government of NCT of Delhi. The contracts, covering sanitation and security services, will run for two years — from October 16, 2025, to October 15, 2027.
Under the sanitation services agreement, valued at around ₹83 crore, Krystal will deploy sweepers and cleaning staff under a manpower-based model to ensure daily cleanliness across educational institutions managed by the Directorate. The scope includes classrooms, washrooms, building exteriors, playgrounds, and stadiums. Krystal plans to use trained personnel, advanced cleaning tools, and eco-friendly products to maintain high hygiene standards and ensure a safe environment for students, teachers, and staff across Delhi’s vast school network.
In addition, Krystal has bagged a ₹74 crore Security Manpower Services 2.0 contract to deploy more than 1,100 trained unarmed security personnel. These guards will be stationed across offices, institutions, residential zones, and commercial properties under the Directorate of Education. Their duties will include access control, round-the-clock monitoring, and emergency response, ensuring the safety of students, staff, and visitors.
