Steel Strips Wheels Limited (SSWL) has posted a robust performance for September 2025, achieving a monthly net turnover of ₹410.60 crore, compared to ₹362.12 crore in September 2024, marking a year-on-year growth of 13.39%. The company’s gross turnover also rose to ₹495.69 crore from ₹441.45 crore in the same period last year, reflecting a 12.29% increase.
The growth was largely driven by strong performance in the aluminium and tractor segments. The aluminium segment recorded a remarkable 30% increase in value and 21% rise in volume, while the tractor segment grew by 16% in value and 23% in volume. The truck segment also contributed positively, with a 12% increase in value and 15% growth in volume.
However, some segments faced a decline. The 2 and 3-wheeler segment saw a drop of 6% in value and 15% in volume, while the passenger car steel segment recorded a significant decline of 23% in value and 12% in volume. Exports showed a mixed picture, with an overall 13% growth in value but a sharp 66% drop in volume.
