Dilip Buildcon Limited (DBL) has announced that it has received significant Letter of Acceptance (LoA) for two major infrastructure projects through its joint ventures, strengthening its portfolio in both the HAM and EPC segments.
The first project, awarded through the DBL-RAMKY Consortium, involves the construction of a feeder from Isarda to Khura Chainpura to Bandh Baretha in Bharatpur, along with all associated components and a 20-year Operation & Maintenance (O&M) period. The project, valued at ₹2,905 crore (including GST), will be executed under the Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) over 27 months. The order has been awarded by the Rajasthan Water Grid Corporation Limited.
On the other hand, the DBL-PSP (JV) has secured a project in Kerala under the Chennai Bengaluru Industrial Corridor (CBIC) extension. The project includes the design, construction, testing, commissioning, and O&M of infrastructure works at Pudussery Central & Kannambra in Palakkad. Valued at ₹1,115.37 crore (excluding GST), this project will be executed on an EPC basis over a period of 42 months. The contract has been awarded by the Kerala Industrial Corridor Development Corporation Limited.
Both orders are domestic projects and do not involve related party transactions. These wins highlight Dilip Buildcon’s continued focus on large-scale infrastructure development and its expertise in executing complex projects under both HAM and EPC models.
