Zota Health Care has announced a new upper cap limit for the cumulative remuneration of its promoter directors, setting it at ₹12 crore annually. This decision is part of the company’s efforts to enhance corporate governance and optimise capital allocation for growth.
The company received representations from its promoter directors, including Mr. Ketankumar Chandulal Zota, the Non-executive Chairman, and Mr. Moxesh Ketanbhai Zota, the Managing Director, along with Mr. Himanshu Muktilal Zota, Mr. Kamlesh Rajanikant Zota, and Mr. Viren Manukant Zota, who are Whole-time Directors. These directors have voluntarily agreed to the cap, which includes all perquisites and allowances.
This remuneration cap is effective until the end of the financial year 2030 and is subject to any necessary approvals. The move is aimed at moderating managerial remuneration and ensuring better capital allocation for the company’s growth initiatives.
