The company received representations from its promoter directors, including Mr. , the Non-executive Chairman, and Mr. , the Managing Director, along with Mr. , Mr. , and Mr. Viren Manukant Zota, who are Whole-time Directors. These directors have voluntarily agreed to the cap, which includes all perquisites and allowances.

This remuneration cap is effective until the end of the financial year 2030 and is subject to any necessary approvals. The move is aimed at moderating managerial remuneration and ensuring better capital allocation for the company’s growth initiatives.
