Newgen Software Technologies Limited, a global leader in digital transformation and enterprise automation solutions, announced that its wholly owned UK subsidiary, Newgen Software Technologies (UK) Limited, has signed a Master Service Agreement with Tata Consultancy Services N.V., Belgium.
Under this agreement, Newgen will provide cloud hosting, software licenses, and implementation services, delivering a modernized cloud-based Enterprise Records Management platform. The total value of the contract is €4,222,683 (Euro Four Million Two Hundred Twenty-Two Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-Three Only), with a project execution timeline of five years.
This contract highlights Newgen’s growing international presence and its ability to deliver advanced enterprise solutions to clients across borders. Notably, the agreement is entirely independent of the company’s promoters or promoter group, ensuring a transparent and arms-length transaction.
