Tata Motors has announced significant price reductions across its commercial vehicle portfolio, with effect from September 22, 2025. The auto major said customers can now avail price benefits ranging from ₹30,000 to as much as ₹4.65 lakh, depending on the vehicle category, in what is seen as a major festive push.

According to the company, heavy commercial vehicles (HCVs) will see the steepest price cut, with reductions ranging between ₹2.8 lakh and ₹4.65 lakh. Intermediate and light commercial vehicles (ILMCVs) will be cheaper by ₹1 lakh to ₹3 lakh, while buses and vans will see reductions between ₹1.2 lakh and ₹4.35 lakh.

In the small commercial vehicle (SCV) category, Tata Motors has cut prices by ₹52,000 to ₹66,000 for passenger variants and by ₹30,000 to ₹1.1 lakh for SCVs and pickups.

The company encouraged customers to book early to secure deliveries during the festive season, highlighting that the revised pricing is aimed at boosting sales momentum ahead of the high-demand period.

This move by Tata Motors is expected to provide a strong push to its commercial vehicle sales, especially at a time when competition in the segment is intensifying. The festive season has traditionally been a high-volume period for auto sales, and the company is looking to capitalise on improved affordability for fleet operators, small businesses, and passenger transporters.
