Bollywood actress and lifestyle icon Malaika Arora has sold her luxury apartment in Mumbai’s Andheri West for Rs. 5.30 crore, according to property registration documents accessed through the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) website by Square Yards. The transaction was officially registered in August 2025.

The apartment, located in Runwal Elegante within Lokhandwala Complex, features a carpet area of 1,369 sq. ft. (~127.18 sq.m.) and a built-up area of 1,643 sq. ft. (~152.68 sq.m.). The deal includes one car parking space and attracted a stamp duty of Rs. 31.08 lakh along with registration charges of Rs. 30,000. Malaika had originally purchased the property in March 2018 for Rs. 3.26 crore, making a handsome profit of Rs. 2.04 crore — a remarkable appreciation of 62%.

Andheri West remains one of Mumbai’s most sought-after residential areas, known for its upscale housing, lively entertainment options, and strong social infrastructure. The locality offers excellent connectivity via the Western Express Highway, SV Road, suburban rail, and the Versova-Ghatkopar Metro corridor, linking residents conveniently to business hubs like BKC, Goregaon, and Andheri East. With luxury high-rises and premium societies, Andheri West continues to attract homebuyers and investors looking for long-term value.

According to Square Yards Data Intelligence, Runwal Elegante witnessed 22 property transactions totaling Rs. 109 crore between September 2024 and August 2025. The current average registered property price in the project is around Rs. 33,150 per sq. ft.
