Premier Energies Limited has announced that its subsidiaries—Premier Energies Photovoltaic Private Limited, Premier Energies Global Environment Private Limited, and Premier Energies International Private Limited—have secured fresh orders worth ₹2,703 crore from a mix of new and existing customers.
These orders are for the supply of solar photovoltaic (PV) modules and cells with a combined capacity of 2,059 MW, reflecting the growing demand for clean energy solutions in India’s solar sector.
According to the company’s regulatory filing, the contracts were awarded by leading independent power producers (IPPs) and other reputed customers. All the orders are domestic and fall under the “one-time” category, slated to be executed across FY 2026 and FY 2027.
Premier Energies clarified that the promoters or promoter group have no direct interest in the awarding entities, and the contracts do not fall under related-party transactions.
With this order book, Premier Energies further strengthens its position as a key player in India’s solar manufacturing ecosystem. The company operates out of Hyderabad, Telangana, with advanced manufacturing facilities focused on solar cells and modules.
