Dilip Buildcon Limited has announced the receipt of a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from Konkan Railway Corporation Ltd for a significant infrastructure project in Kerala.
The contract involves the construction of a twin-tube unidirectional tunnel with two lanes in each direction, along with a four-lane approach road. This project, awarded on an Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) basis, aims to provide direct connectivity between Anakkampoyil, Kalladi, and Meppadi, covering a total stretch of 8.275 km under Package-II.
The project is located in the Kozhikode and Wayanad districts of Kerala and is expected to be completed within 48 months. The total value of the contract stands at ₹1,341 crore, including GST.
This is a domestic contract, and there is no related party involvement from the promoter group companies. The company has also announced the closure of its trading window as per SEBI regulations until 48 hours after this information becomes public.
