Shares of Newgen Software Technologies jumped 8% in Thursday’s trade after the company announced a significant international order win. As of 9:21 AM, the shares were trading 7.55% higher at Rs 1,316.90.

The company has received and accepted an award worth $2.5 million (approximately ₹20.8 crore) from an overseas client for the procurement and implementation of its Enterprise Workflow and Content Management System.

This order includes the supply of Newgen’s proprietary software along with end-to-end implementation and ongoing support. The project is aimed at driving digital transformation across multiple lines of business for the international customer and is expected to be executed over a period of five years.

Newgen highlighted that the nature of the order covers licensing, implementation, and support services, reinforcing its growing presence in the international markets.
