Godrej Properties Ltd, a real estate developer in India, has announced the acquisition of a 14-acre land parcel located in the Kharadi-Wagholi area of Pune. The project is planned to include primarily premium group housing.

The development is expected to have a total developable potential of approximately 3.7 million square feet. The estimated revenue potential from the project stands at around ₹4,200 crore.

The site is situated near established commercial hubs in Kharadi, with access to essential infrastructure such as schools, hospitals, shopping malls, restaurants, and hotels. It is also located close to the Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj International Airport.

The Kharadi-Wagholi micro-market has become a key residential zone in Pune due to its connectivity to IT parks, business centers, and ongoing infrastructure upgrades. The area’s growth is supported by sustained housing demand from a professional workforce, positioning it as a significant contributor to Pune’s residential real estate sector.
