Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has officially announced the signing of a new hotel property in Jaipur, Rajasthan, under a license agreement. According to a regulatory filing dated April 2, 2025, the upcoming Lemon Tree Hotel will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and is expected to begin operations in FY27.
The new property will feature 66 well-appointed rooms and a host of modern amenities including a restaurant, banquet hall, meeting room, swimming pool, and a fitness center. Strategically located just 500 meters from Jaipur International Airport and approximately 12 kilometers from Jaipur Junction Railway Station, the hotel aims to offer both convenience and comfort for business and leisure travelers alike.
Speaking on the development, Mr. Vilas Pawar, CEO of the Managed & Franchise Business at Lemon Tree Hotels, said, “We are thrilled to expand our presence in Rajasthan, complementing our portfolio of 10 existing hotels and six upcoming properties.”
Jaipur, often referred to as the “Pink City,” remains one of India’s top tourist destinations, known for its architectural marvels, bustling markets, and rich cultural heritage.
With this new signing, Lemon Tree Hotels further strengthens its growing network, which currently comprises over 110 operational hotels and more than 100 upcoming ones across India and select international destinations including Dubai, Bhutan, and Nepal.
