Shree Ganesh Remedies Limited has announced the successful commissioning of a 2.5 MW solar power project, equipped with auto-tracker modules, on March 25, 2025. This project is expected to yield annual savings of approximately Rs 2 crore in electricity expenses.
In an official filing to BSE under Regulation 30 of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements, the company emphasized that this initiative reaffirms its dedication to sustainable manufacturing practices.
The company stated that the project aligns with its broader goal of reducing operational costs and transitioning toward greener energy solutions. The auto-tracker modules will help maximize solar energy capture, enhancing the project’s efficiency.
The move is being viewed as a step forward in Shree Ganesh Remedies’ long-term ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) goals.
