Emmvee Photovoltaic Power shares surged more than 8% in early morning trade on April 29, 2026 (IST), following the company’s strong financial performance for the fourth quarter of FY26. The sharp rally reflects investor optimism driven by robust revenue growth and a significant rise in profitability.
The company reported a consolidated revenue of Rs 1,739 crore for Q4 FY26, marking a 62.3% increase compared to Rs 1,072 crore in the same quarter last year. This strong topline growth highlights sustained demand in the solar and renewable energy segment, where Emmvee continues to strengthen its market presence.
Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) rose 58.4% year-on-year to Rs 571 crore, up from Rs 361 crore in Q4 FY25. Despite the strong earnings growth, EBITDA margin slightly declined to 32.8% from 33.7% in the year-ago period, indicating marginal cost pressures even as scale improved.
Net profit witnessed a sharp jump of 89.4%, reaching Rs 392 crore compared to Rs 207 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. The strong bottom-line growth was supported by higher operating income and improved efficiencies.
