Carysil Limited has entered into a significant agreement with Karran Inc., USA, to supply quartz kitchen sinks to fulfill the requirements of a new major U.S. home retail chain, as per the company’s regulatory filing to BSE and NSE on March 12, 2025.
“This is to inform you that our Company entered into an agreement with KARRAN INC., USA (Karran) for the supply of Quartz kitchen sinks to fulfill requirements of new major U.S. home retail chain,” said company in an exchange filing.
Key highlights of the deal:
- Carysil will dedicate the production of a minimum capacity of 150,000 quartz sinks per annum, beginning in May 2025.
- To support this commitment, an initial investment of approximately USD 510,000 (around ₹4.2 crore) will be made in molds, machinery, and utilities.
This development is expected to enhance Carysil’s presence in the U.S. market, leveraging its capabilities in manufacturing premium quartz sinks.
The announcement was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, and was signed by Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, Reena Shah.
This agreement marks a key milestone for Carysil in expanding its global footprint and strengthening its export business.
