The orders, dated 22nd January 2025, involve the construction of a perimeter road and civil works for Taxiway “M” Phase-1.

1. Strengthening and Construction of Perimeter Road on Airside at CSMIA
The scope of work includes the strengthening and construction of the perimeter road on the airport’s airside. The tentative contract value is ₹35.4 crores (inclusive of GST), with a project timeline of 9 months, extendable by 3 months under specific circumstances.

2. Civil Works for Taxiway “M” Phase-1
This contract pertains to civil works for Taxiway “M” Phase-1, valued at ₹23.6 crores (including GST). The project duration is 6 months, with a possible extension of 3 months.

Both projects reflect RDB Infrastructure’s growing presence in airport infrastructure development. The company’s promoter group holds a 4.63% stake in Tarmat Limited, though the orders are not related party transactions.

The work is part of ongoing developments at CSMIA to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
