NTPC Green Energy Limited has successfully commenced the commercial operation of the second phase of its 200 MW Gujarat Solar PV Project in Sadla, Gujarat.
This 25 MW capacity was declared operational as of January 17, 2025. The first phase of 37.5 MW had already been completed and declared operational on December 21, 2024.
With this development, the total installed and commercial capacity of the NTPC group has now reached 76,733.18 MW, reinforcing NTPC’s commitment to renewable energy growth and sustainability.
In the meantime, NTPC Green shares opened today at ₹121.50, reaching a high of ₹121.70 and a low of ₹119.35. Over the past year, the stock has seen a 52-week high of ₹155.35 and a low of ₹109.41.
