Aether Industries Limited has finalized an amendment to its Strategic Supply Agreement with Baker Hughes. The amendment, executed on January 7, 2025, establishes the volume and pricing details for the first two products to be exclusively supplied to Baker Hughes. The final agreement copy was received by Aether today.

The manufacturing for these products will be carried out by Aether’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Aether Specialty Chemicals Limited. The subsidiary is equipped with the necessary assets, plant, and machinery, all of which have been commissioned to support this contract manufacturing initiative. This amendment also marks the initiation of commercialization activities at Aether’s Site 4, built under the subsidiary’s operations.

The original Strategic Supply Agreement between the two companies was signed on June 25, 2024. This latest development strengthens Aether’s strategic relationship with Baker Hughes and underscores its readiness to deliver specialized chemical solutions.
