These companies will now operate as subsidiaries of Kore Digital Limited, adding value and expertise across specialized industries.

    • Investment: ₹49,000 for 4,900 equity shares (98% stake)

  3. KDL Realinfra Private Limited
    • Incorporated: March 19, 2024

    • Investment: ₹98,000 for 9,800 equity shares (98% stake)
