The IPO, which raised ₹2,106.60 crore through a 100% offer-for-sale (OFS) of 70.22 crore equity shares, saw solid demand. Sagility India has demonstrated promising financial growth, with revenue up 9.6% YoY to ₹1,223 crore in Q1 FY25 and a 12.69% increase to ₹4,753 crore in FY24.
